Our team brings experience, a deep-rooted commitment to quality and excellent skills to the work table. All of our linguistic testers and translators are trained professionals who excel in their native target languages and English. Our content developers, voiceover and on-camera personality narrators have decades of experience across industries.

What unites us is a genuine interest in understanding our customers’ business and delivering outstanding results in every project. Here’s a peek at mini-bios that summarize their areas of expertise and who they are as people.

Ana Arias

Founder & Principal

Ana brings three decades of professional experience along with native fluency in Spanish and English. A Costa Rican native raised in the States, she has a broad range of skills in relationship sales, business development, fundraising, sales training, budgeting, marketing, project management, translations, interpretations, content development, editing, market and Internet research and analysis, Spanish voiceovers and on-camera personality narration. Her repertoire of bylines has been published in academic and professional publishing journals, trade magazines, reports, newsletters, book chapter articles, consumer magazines, newspapers, corporate publications, blogs, web sites and recycled napkins. Ana has worked in entrepreneurial, localization, corporate, non-profit, PR and ad agency, non-profit and municipal environments. She holds an B.A. in English with a concentration in business, Magna Cum Laude, from Frostburg State University. She completed all coursework toward an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Maryland. While not certified, she obtained a 40-hour certificate for professional Community Interpreting in Spanish (April 2015) and qualified as an Advanced High Speaker of Spanish according to the American Council on the Teaching of Foreign Languages (ACTFL) Proficiency Guidelines. Ana is an advocate of social equity who believes in integrity, creative problem solving, humor and being a good egg in the world.
